Stakeholder and community consultation becomes more and more important for successful project implementation. We have developed expertise in conducting such consultations. Our consultation strategy involves communicating with the community and finding out exactly what we can do to help, focusing on services that really matter to local people.

Our Community Brokerage work influences services, whilst identifying and harnessing the specific needs of the varying communities we work in.
