The EMS Therapy Allotment

Our allotment is based on Edensands Road off Hawthorn Avenue in west Hull. The allotment is available for community groups, school groups and many more.

Research shows that gardening and accessing green spaces can support a person’s mental and physical health. The plant-person relationship is also said to enable people to experience and develop self-care, which is a transferable skill for other important areas of an individual’s life.
The site has a toilet and hand-washing facilities and a car park.

You can also volunteer at the allotment, which can offer a range of beneficial health activities, and you can also meet new people and socialise in a friendly open environment.
