Approx. 400-500sq metres land available for growing at the bottom of a large private garden in Maybury Road (HU9) area.

Suitable for one large allotment for one individual/family OR 2-3 smaller vegetable gardens to share between several individuals/families.

Keys would be provided to allow access every day, all year round.

Includes use of shed and greenhouse on site and access to outdoor tap and water butts.

Possibility of support to prepare the plot and some free materials (manure, wood etc) could be provided.

Contract for land use to be negotiated to suit all parties.
